Photos from a visit to Lamjung Part II
Namaskar Everyone !
I just returned from Ilam and Lamjung area and thought you might enjoy these photos which I was able to take during my business trip. For someone who lives in Kathmandu, like me, walking up here in these valleys, feels like I am missing so much of Nepal’s Nature and beauty. If I hadn’t grown-up to be a man with wife and kids and all, I would probably stay in places like these that i can describe with one word: HEAVEN.
My fav picture is that traditional house, it’s so beautiful, cheap to build and to my knowledge it might be the earth-quake proof too.. What do you think ?
As you know, in Kathmandu, power is the #1 problem. I can’t even turn on this computer for several hours. And even there is light, it’s not enough for this dar* PC to boot.. sorry for my irritation. I know. We all face difficult times but I am happy we are taking the problem together. Well, now enjoy.
Now, without any words,
here goes my photos.
When time prevails, I will upload others that are in my hard disk. Yes, dial-up connection is slow, you know…… It took me nearly one hour to complete this; login and upload these photos. Would you believe it ?
Well, have fun, take care and enjoy life as it comes. And hey, i like this site, and would be great to see your work here as well. Please share your photos too.
Bye for now.
