Nepal With 50 More Trekking Agencies

International Labor day is held in a big momentum in our country than in most South Asian regions. Nepalese work hard, it’s the fact; be it students working and studying at the same time, be it the travel agents who go the distance for our visitors, or be it the Sherpas who are literally defined as “Bravery”. For a country that never sleeps and never gives up, results will come.

Trekking Agents Association of Nepal has reported that more than 50 trekking agents have been registered with the organization this year alone. As the tourism industry picked up an unimagineable number last year (over 50 thousand tourists by Air only) and a 11% growth trend for this year from January to April 2008, Nepal’s tourism has bounced back to a level that was once unseen by many; even optimistic-pundits.

Soaring records every year indicates that Nepal’s Tourism has not only rebound but it’s going beyond.

In the coming months, it’s expected that flights to the country will be overbooked, hotels will be packed as record number of tourists will be coming to Nepal this year. Advice? If you are thinking about travelling to Nepal, it might be difficult find that air seat you are looking for. So, book your ticket now even if you are planning to visit next year.

To further emphasize on this momentum, a quote from the Daily News Paper Kantipur Post “(this year) In an indication of the return of good times, the hotel paid dividends to its shareholders for the first time in six years.” and for more see some posts under Data and Charts which are all self-explanatory to the Momentum.

As Nepal forms a new Government made by the People of Nepal, it is expected that many travel warnings will be uplifted by countries such as the United States of America, Australia, etc. While these travel warnings have never actually helped reduce our tourism growth, it sure can help those undecided tourists to come to Nepal; adding to the momentum again.

A country blessed by Lord with a tiny land yet enriched by hearty people and beauty making it as if a small world is left for you to discover.

Where are you now ? Have you seen a completely different world on this planet ?

You better! Because the Momentum to discover this world is so huge, you might be waiting in the line at the end.
