Nepal Tourism Up 7 Consecutive Months
Nepal Department of Tourism and Culture releases Tourists Arrival by Air for July 2007, recording a huge increase inspite of the heavy rainy season in Nepal; arrival up by 25% as compared to the same month last year.
Nepal Tourism Board, an important government body of the country, stresses that Nepal will surpass the half a million target set for the year during the launch of Visit Pokhara 2007 year. As the rainy reason will leave Nepal, tourism sector is bound to get busy and bustling. Nepal has already recieved about 200,000 tourists since January 2007, which is more than 50% increase as compared to the period last year.
Soon flights will be overbooked. So what are waiting for? Keep waiting and You might not make it to Nepal this year then. That’s sad. Otherwise, grab your phone, call your local travel agent right now and book your tickets before this golden year passes by. Hurry Up!!!
