You Go Mart!
Nepal’s one of the biggest tourism marts, termed as the “Himalayan Mart” has kicked off, may 11.
This is their second mart which is an attempt to bring various international travel agencies to nepal to interact and allow them to deal with locals. It is also seen as an oppertunity for foreign agencies to better understand what nepal offers to them for travel business.
This mart is also claimed as the First National Tourism Fair of Nepal, which has already brought hundreds of tour operators from around the globe, says the National Agency of Tours and Travel Nepal (NATA)
With peace in place and nepal looks forward to multiply tourism inflow every month. The number of tourists entering the country by air is increasing rapidly every month, says the Nepal Tourism Board in its recent press release.
Efforts made by individual travel companies as well as tourism related websites also can not be overlooked as they continue to drive people to visit Nepal. Although most of them have limited resources. Them, their users and all Nepalese are optimistic that organizations such as NATA, will not only organize such shows but also measure achievements or failures and reveal to the public, taking it as a duty of the organization.
It is by being open, sharing, and evaluating our performances can we move forward gaining more respect and recognization.
Let us hope, organizations leave no stone unturned to provide answers to their members on every aspect of the organization including its management, plans, operations and actions.
